The latest  local  Aldi Apprenticeship Scheme is now live and open for applicants! 

Aldi are looking to recruit up to 400 apprentices this year across their stores in the UK including:

·         Leighton Buzzard................

·         Aylesbury

·         Milton Keynes

·         Luton

·         Dunstable

1)The initial stage of recruitment is for applicants to complete an online application form on either the National Apprenticeship website or the ATG Apprenticeship website (http://atgapprenticeships.com/retail.html), suitable candidates will then be booked in for a Telephone Interview  to discuss their application further.

2)Once all of the Telephone Interviews have been completed, a group of candidates will be shortlisted for an Assessment Day during July and invited along to meet with Aldi Management and Naomi from ATG.

3) If successful from this stage, candidates will then attend a one to one interview and job trial in an Aldi store, with a start date looking to be around beginning of Sept for the Apprenticeship.

Thames Valley Retail Academy, delivered by ATG Training will be completing all of the training with the learners on the Retail Apprenticeship programme which will consist of:

·         NVQ 2 in Retail Skills

·         Retail Knowledge Diploma

·         Functional Skills (Maths and English) if required

·         Personal learning and thinking skills/ Employee rights and responsibilities
