news..... The Princes Trust are planning to deliver the
following 4 week programmes in our area:
Get Into Hospitality (start date: 12th September 2013, Dunstable)
Get Into Hospitality (Oct/Nov 2013, Dunstable)
Get Into Construction (January 2014, Leighton Buzzard)
Get Into Coffee (March 2014, Dunstable)
The programme includes excellent training and work experience which will help you find work in these specific job sectors, particularly relevant in the run up to Christmas! More details nearer the date.
UCAS PROGRESS - NEW WEBSITE REMINDER
If you're currently looking for courses you can now use UCAS Progress, a new dynamic web-service, to discover post-16 courses close to where you live. Central Bedfordshire Council and local education providers have teamed up with UCAS Progress to enable learners to use the recently launched service.
With UCAS Progress young people and their parents can investigate a directory of local learning opportunities, including BTECs, A Levels, apprenticeships and training opportunities. There is a wide range of education providers in Central Bedfordshire, offering some 900 courses or learning opportunities.
