Apprentice Paint Spray
Refinishing Technician, Biggleswade
Here, we recognise the importance of developing for the future and
that’s why we are offering fantastic opportunities to join a rapidly expanding
original equipment manufacturer as an apprentice in various positions.
It has been
highlighted that apprentices are enthusiastic, eager and motivated to learn,
develop and that when supported, mentored and given the correct environment to
flourish, they add immediate value to the business by becoming productive and
we need you to join our team.
We are currently looking for
people to fill the posted apprenticeship vacancy starting in September 2013
Each
apprenticeship lasts approximately 4 years with a view to ‘fastracking’ if you
show the potential to develop quickly and have the desire to succeed.
The apprenticeships are supported by full frameworks that
are delivered by first class, local training providers/colleges with the
exception of the spray technicians that will attend Thatchams Apprentice
Training School. Coupled with ‘in-house’ technical and personal development
programmes and factory training for particular apprenticeships, means that you
get the best opportunity to grow and go on to full time
employment.
Each position
will be supported by a dedicated Mentor, keen to pass on their invaluable
information, knowledge and experience and guide you towards desired end goals.
Your pay is
very competitive and reflects the effort and determination you show. Your
apprenticeship also has an incentive scheme attached to it which rewards you
for your efforts and achievements.
You have the opportunity to exchange with our compatriots
at our German factories and meet new people and strike up close relations with
others that we can and will be influenced by.
You will
receive 20 days holiday a year, all necessary and required PPE, corporate
clothing (engineers, welders and bodyshop only) and £1200 worth of tooling
(engineers, welders and bodyshop only) to encourage you to be productive from
the start.
There is also
access to an excellent pension scheme, private health benefits and length of
service payment.
But apart from
all of these fantastic offers, we are committed to ensuring we are in the
‘right place at the right time’ to offer a first class service to our past,
present and potential customers which is where you come in. If you are
committed, motivated and have the will to win, we have in place a structure
that will help you achieve your goals and aspirations. We are very much an
