This is an ideal opportunity for someone to get a good grounding in customer service. Main duties
This is a customer service centre role, administering customer details and bookings and assisting customer services representatives in their daily tasks.
• Initially the candidate will be expected to input conference call bookings and amendments into a bespoke online application.
• Once confident, the candidate will move on to answering telephone calls from clients, taking booking details and amendments and actioning these via the online application.
• In time, the candidate may move on to delivering conference calls in real time.
• Other duties involve sending welcome packs to new customers, printing and sending letters to prospective customers and entering prospect information into databases.
